How is Round Perforated Made?
Round perforated is a sheet or coil of material made from metal or plastic (see PlastiPerf) that contains holes punched by a die. The shape of the hole is determined by the shape of the die. For perforated with a round hole pattern, the die is circular. The die's diameter can vary from approximately twice the thickness of the material being punched to over two inches. Common, in-stock sheet sizes for perforated round hole products include:

Perforated Round Display Panel - Perf-PanlTM
Perf-PanlTM is an ideal choice as a display board or utility divider and gives you the advantages of wire hook board with the strength of steel.
Perf-PanlTM is an excellent choice for industrial, commercial, architectural and household applications. Popular uses include: point-of-purchase displays, custom exhibits, store wall panels. Perf-PanlTM's round perforations are indented and come with a 1/4 inch opening. The steel panels will not chip or tear out after repeated insertions of the hooks.
How is Perf-PanlTM Made?
Perf-PanlTM starts out as a coil and is then punched by a die to form the shape of the hole. The die is round and has an indent that creates a dimple in the sheet with a hole in the bottom of the dimple. Yirong carries steel Perf-PanlTM in one stock size (others available by special order).

Perforated Round Polypropylene - PlastiPerfTM
PlastiPerfTM, which is made from polypropylene plastic, excels in damp or corrosive environments. It is nonmagnetic, antistatic, and very lightweight.
Perforating Plastics
Plastics are exceptional in their ability to resist corrosion, but have limitations when it comes to perforating. Not all plastics can be perforated. Materials such as nylon will string. Polycarbonates and acrylics are too hard and may shatter. Teflon is too slippery and does not feed easily through the punch.
Punching - Plastics can be punched as light as .032 inch
Thickness - Generally maximum thickness up to 1/4 inch
Flatness - Plastics cannot be leveled like metal sheets, so flatness may be a problem
Sheet Size - Plastic sheets are typically available in 48 inch by 96 inch sheets
Coils - Plastic in not available in a coil
